How to prepare your enquiry

The more concrete your enquiry, the more useful our first reply. It helps to know the nature of your organisation — public affairs consultancy, association, NGO, company with institutional relations or a public entity under Article 3 —, which public entities you usually interact with, and where you stand on the compliance journey: scoping, preparation of the registration in the Transparency Register of Interest Representation (Registo de Transparência da Representação de Interesses — RTRI), internal policies, training or ongoing maintenance.

If your enquiry concerns a service from the catalogue, name it — for example "Regulatory Diagnostic and Impact Assessment" or "RTRI Registration Support". If you do not yet know what you need, choose "Compliance diagnostic": it is the starting point we recommend to organisations approaching the framework for the first time. For operational client matters, use the "Support | Help-Desk" or "Secretariat" request types.

After submission you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. The team reviews the enquiry, routes it to the appropriate specialist — in articulation, where necessary, with the satellite domains of the ecosystem, such as rtri.pt or lobbyingmunicipal.pt — and replies, as a rule, within two working days with next steps or a structured proposal. The form itself is presented in Portuguese; you are welcome to write your message in English, and we will reply in English.
