Technical Training

Compliance is learnt and practised. Our training programmes turn Law No. 5-A/2026 (Lei n.º 5-A/2026) into daily working practice for the teams that interact with public entities.

Practical workshop — RTRI registration and declarative duties

The workshop also addresses the 60-day registration window for professional representatives of third-party interests under the transitional regime (Article 19(2)) and the identification duties of Article 7(1).

In-company programme — tailored by sector and role

A personalised programme built around your organisation: your sector, the public entities you interact with, your registrant category under Article 13(3) and your internal policies. Typical modules combine the framework session, the registration workshop and role-specific guidance — for boards, for public affairs teams, for public entities implementing the disclosure of meetings (Article 8(3)), the public consultations page (Article 9) and legislative footprint mechanisms (Article 10). Content, duration and format are agreed with each client, and the programme can be delivered in Portuguese or English.

Audience: organisations covered by the framework, private or public. Duration and format: tailored. Scheduling: [dates to be confirmed].
